ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORTS (EICRs)
On 1st July 2020, new regulations came into effect that applied to all new tenancies from 1st July 2020 and all existing tenancies from 1st April 2021.
Landlords in the Private Rented Sector (PRS) must ensure every electrical
installation in their residential premises is inspected and tested at intervals of no more than 5 years by a qualified and competent person.
Pricing
We charge a simple, flat rate for most properties. Beware of companies offering rates that are 'too good to be true'!
Digital Certificates
The EICR, along with supporting photos
can be provided in PDF format.
Keep it Simple
All EICRs come with a covering letter describing, in plain english, any defects found and how to rectify them.
